Supporting our Account Managers, you will ensure that our trade clients experience the best customer service from start to finish.
On a daily basis you will be responsible for
About you : The time-sensitive nature of our customers’ needs requires you to work at pace and input data accurately and within specified timeframes.
Your resilience and ability to be solution-oriented even when under pressure will certainly come in handy in this ever-changing environment.
Ideally, you will come from a trade, tele-sales or sales support background and possess an understanding of our products while being fueled with passion for the building industry.
As your role will also see you liaising with other areas of the branch, you must have the ability to build rapport and enjoy a team-focused culture.
You’re engaging and flexible with the ability to effectively communicate product and delivery information and have a strong customer service focus with an aim to continuously add value.
