About the Role

The Lifecycle Delivery Lead role is responsible for managing the delivery of all lifecycle initiatives within their assigned region.

They act as the conduit between Architecture, Product and Operations to assure platform currency and assisting with the identification of required initiatives, the development of the programme of work and identifying any scheduling or resource planning issues.

What you’ll bring

  • Broad and deep understanding of technical infrastructure, projects and related technology dependencies
  • Demonstrated understanding and implementation of Project Management disciplines
  • Strong financial management practices with a clear understanding of the relationship between costs, utilisation and project revenue
  • Ability to manage complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative and planning skills. Ability to escalate with a solution focus.
  • Networks with key contacts outside of own area of expertise
  • Responsibilities

  • Liaising with the Architecture and Product teams to generate a lifecycle backlog from the technology roadmaps for delivery by operations.
  • Identifying any gaps in technology roadmaps.

  • Assisting Team Leads to prioritise the lifecycle backlog based on business needs
  • Tracking progress and completion of lifecycle initiatives
  • Tracking expenditure on lifecycle initiatives. Providing input to budget planning to ensure that all lifecycle requirements are captured in the budget for the appropriate financial year.
  • Writing, submitting and gaining approval for Capex and Opex business cases for all lifecycle requirements
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, inter-personal, negotiation, and written and verbal communications skills
