About the role
The SDHB is interested in recruiting a Quality Coordinator to join the Public Health Service.
You will be part of a team of people working across the Southern district who are undertaking Covid-19 cases investigations, contact tracing and outbreak management work (either in Southern or in other parts of NZ) as well as supporting our Regulatory and Protection team with their work in communicable diseases.
In this role you will lead the team to create a quality improvement culture and robust quality systems. You will review data to ensure it is to the highest quality, develop a document control system that is easy to navigate and ensure that the documents are relevant and fit for purpose.
There will be times where you must be able to work between 8-10 hours a day in a seven day a week roster. There are part time and full-time work opportunities.
Short-term contracts are available. There are offices based in Dunedin, Queenstown and Invercargill.
About you
You will have experience with working in a quality role or a something similar. You will be using the National Contact Tracing Solution (NCTS) information technology so excellent IT skills is essential.
On the job training for all NCTS or other online platforms will be provided, but it's essential that you have the following attributes to be contributing member of this team.
