About the Role

We’re looking for casual service desk analysts to join our team! You’ll be trained and mentored by our team leads and have a supportive team environment.

As a service desk analyst, you’ll be the first point of contact to our customers and no two days will be the same! Your responsibilities will include taking calls and emails from our customers to resolve their technical issues.

You’ll be challenged to think outside the box and ensure brilliant customer service is given to our customers.

Our service desk is a 24 / 7 shift environment so we’re looking for people who are flexible with their availability to support covering shifts, wherever needed.

What you’ll bring

Although work experience is great, we value a can-do attitude and passion much more! Your verbal and written communication skills are key to your success in this role.

Ideally, you’ll have customer service experience, as its most important to us that you can keep our customers happy.

This is a great opportunity for people who are studying tech and want to gain some industry experience, or perhaps you are looking for flexibility and casual work.
