We are looking for someone who is proactive and resilient with a hunger for winning new business to join our Business Development & Sales team in Auckland, to continue to grow the Allpress brand throughout the North Island.
Allpress Espresso is built on awesome relationships and delicious coffee. Our success as a coffee roaster is down to the success of the people we partner with from our first customer, to our staff around the world as well as John, who stops by for his brew every morning at our Roastery café in Dunedin.
The person we are looking for will have a passion for coffee, culture, the hospitality industry and will be a natural when it comes to connecting with people.
We are looking for someone who thrives on getting out there and looking for opportunities where others might not. This person will consider a role in sales a lifestyle rather than a job.
You will understand that we love to work with great customers and will be okay with having to turn down business that does not align with our brand.
The role of sales at Allpress is more than just selling, we are looking for a clever, commercially minded person who will help our customers do a great job by providing advice and support to help them build a successful business.
You will be a highly motivated person, able to prioritise and handle moving targets. Strong communication skills and an eye for detail are essential for this role, as well as demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
Everyone in the crew plays a part in the sales team, we are all here to do a great job and drink plenty of coffee whilst doing it.
We are looking for the right person, not necessarily the person with the most relevant experience.
