Not only do we get to care for fabulous women and families from across our diverse region, we also get to work alongside kind, compassionate, dedicated midwives and other health professionals to provide a safe and positive birthing experience.
Each year we birth around 1,800 babies and work closely with the midwifery and medical schools to give the kind of care our patients deserve.
About the Role
Our Administration Officers play a key role in ensuring the delivery of excellent care for our mother’s and babies from the moment they set foot onto the ward.
Your role will involve (but is not limited to) :
Due to the 24 / 7 nature of our service, our administration staff work standard office hours across a 7 day (Monday Sunday) roster.
The reception desk is open from 0800-2030 Monday to Friday and 0800-1630 OR 0900-1430 on a Saturday and Sunday, so the ability to work evening and weekend shifts is essential for this role.

This is a varied and rewarding role which would suit someone who enjoys interaction with people from a wide range of backgrounds and who doesn’t get flustered during busy times.

The salary for this position is $48,220 - $51,240 pro rata per annum depending on skills and experience.
