quality administration support. While this role may include support associated with a variety of projects, teams and activities, the primary focus will be in support of Council’s engagement with Mana whenua.
Activities will include : Producing various documents to agreed standards and confidentiality within timelines e.g. reports, agendas, presentations, minutes and newslettersArrange for team's / unit technology, office machinery and equipment requirementsPrepare and provide support to the delivery of meetingsAssist with SAP and purchasing activities as requiredProvide strong admin support for project work within the department and to Mana whenuaGeneral and assigned administration dutiesHe kōrero mōu : About youWe are looking for someone who is enthusiastic with a positive 'can do' attitude.
