  • New Zealand ranks consistently in the world's best places to live. If you are looking for more time to enjoy the things that matter most in life, you will find plenty of opportunities to balance fulfilling work with leisure, family and friends.

New Zealand is not only known for its picturesque landscape, but for a superior quality of life afforded by a robust economy, good public infrastructure, reliable healthcare systems and a stable government.

Our country is diverse in terms of its landscape; from large metropolitan cities to rugged West Coast beaches, rural towns and warm sunny climates.

Lumino The Dentists is New Zealand's largest dental healthcare provider with over 125 practices across the country. We are consistently and quickly growing - so we are always interested in applications from Overseas Clinicians with clinical experience and confidence in offering a full range of treatments.

Our practices are spread across main centres and small towns and provide care to a wide range of patients, from adolescents through to retirees.

Our practice locations can be found on our website

Covering the length and breadth of the country - we have you covered whether you're interested in a city-based role in the heart of New Zealand's main centres, or you're looking for a practice and role in a town offering an incredible quality of life and a broad mix of treatments.

Some of our featured roles are :

    New Plymouth :

Taranaki's landscape offers everything from mountain to sea and is renowned for its lifestyle. New Plymouth, in the north of the region, is the city centre, with plenty of cafes and shops to choose from - you can ski and surf in one day.

  • A recognised tertiary Dental Qualification.
  • Ideally practiced in the UK, US, Canada, Australia or South Africa.
  • A high level of experience across a wide variety of dental services.
  • Ideally provisional acceptance to practice Dentistry in NZ through the Dental Council.
  • Our unique business model fosters an environment where individuals are valued, recognised and rewarded - and where dentists are supported so that they can concentrate on providing excellent dental care without being caught up by the day to day running of the practice.

We offer ongoing professional development and the benefit of being a part of New Zealand's largest network of clinicians.

Our recruitment process is a bit different. We undertake a bespoke matching process to ensure your needs are met. We like to take the time to understand more about you, your background and what's important to you in your next practice, areas of special interest and career aspirations.

From there, we can discuss roles tailored to you. For the right person, we offer a bespoke relocation package and visa support in return for your commitment to the practice for a minimum two year term.
