About Us Primepacs mission is to be indispensable to our customers by providing consistently impeccable service an unbroken supply chain and to reward and inspire our team We are a values driven family run company with stable growth behind us and an exciting future ahead and we would love you to join our mission About the Job This newly created business critical role will split your time between maximising the efficiency of the Sales Support and Internal Account Management teams and hands on high level support to the National Sales Manager The establishment of this role will free up the National Sales Manager and teams mentioned above to nurture their existing clients and territories with you being the cornerstone that keeps everyone on task on target and looking for future growth opportunities Roughly 50 of your time will be spent managing your direct reports with the other 50 spent supporting the National Sales Manager Key responsibilities will include Day to day booking of qualified appointments with new and existing customers and managing all pre and post appointment administration for the National Sales Manager Oversight and management of the Sales Support and Internal Account Management teams including workflow management recruitment performance management and succession planning Inducting and onboarding new starters in your team Identifying and reengaging with customers that have reduced and or stopped spending with Primepac providing quotes and following up Occasional warm outbound sales calls About You You will need some form of people management experience a natural flair for sales a drive to enhance the client experience and a love for fine tuning the teams around you With a proven ability to uplift engage and inspire seeing results will energise you to continue looking for ways to improve existing processes and offerings all the while keeping the big picture of what we are working towards in mind Key attributes critical to this role Sales driven client product process price Positive proactive and collaborative Honest and trustworthy strong service ethic Solutions focussed always looking to innovate and add value A good listener continually learning A solid grasp of process analysis reporting and numbers Seeks new opportunities to capitalise on If you tick all the above boxes above and are innovation orientated passionate with integrity and initiative to spare then you d fit in well with our existing team To submit your application please FOLLOW THE LINK HERE Please include a cover letter explaining why this role interests you along with your resume You must be eligible to work in New Zealand with New Zealand citizenship New Zealand permanent residency or a valid New Zealand work permit
