Right now, we have an administrative opportunityhere in Timaru for a fast-mover who loves a good challenge.

The creation of a team of QualifiedVaccinators in our collective fight against the potential spread of COVID inour community, also means there is much administrative and workforce logisticswork to help keep the team running.

You will be the go-to support person forthis team, helping out behind the scenes so that our vaccinators can continueto do what they do best.

  • You will provideorientation, onboarding and training to our COVID workforce (includingrostering); IT support for the COVID-19 or Immunisation related programmes;
  • and generally provideadministrative support to the COVID 19 Immunisation Lead and the wider team. Otherduties include workforce modelling and associated Ministry reporting, and also COVIDImmunisation Register (CIR) internal oversight.

    Ideally you willhave worked in health before, however if you are used to working to deadlinesand delivering under pressure then this role is for you.

    A base understanding of human resourcemanagement and strong IT skills, will set up this person for success in ourvital work to ensure we manage Covid-19 well within our community.
