Job DescriptionAbout the opportunityYou’ll join our Operations Team the team that contributes to comprehensive and cost-efficient solutions for businesses and undertakings that wish to offer their customers an alternative to paying for goods and services in one lump sum by offering payment options through a number of instalments.

Reporting into the Development Manager, you’ll contribute to software projects in all aspects of system analysis, design, coordination, documentation, implementation, and testing and lead software engineers within a scrum team to enhance team culture, manage personnel and provide performance feedback.

Some of the other responsibilities you’ll have : Analyse, design, coordinate, document, and undertake the development of software systems for assigned projectsWrite, edit, and debug software for assigned projectsContribute to analysis of software projects including performance, diagnosis, and troubleshooting.

Conduct peer reviews for other members of the development team, ensuring that project conventions are adhered too and that requirements are correctly implemented.

Work with staff and clients to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation of existing software projectsTo act as a member of an agile development team (e.

g. a SCRUM Sprint Team) as and when required to fulfil role responsibilities and objectivesTo assist with Technical Peer Review with Product Owners and Technical Implementation TeamsQualificationsWhat would make me a good candidate?

2-3 years’ previous experience in a developer role or similarStrong knowledge of Node.js (Serverless, micro services) and / or React (Apollo / GraphQL)Experience working in an Agile Environment.
