What will I be doing in this role?You’ll be part of our new Partners division and join a Product team responsible for building and operating our Partner services area in our new online MYOB Practice suite which is used by Accountants and Bookkeepers across Australia and NZ.

This role is an exciting opportunity to drive product development and strategy for a key domain.We empower our teams to innovate and experiment when solving the important problems for our clients who are at the center of everything we do.

Reporting to the Head of Product for Partners, this role will work on the development and execution of the product roadmap and will work closely with the development, go to market and operations teams.

The role will also work closely with our clients.What you will bring : Ability to formulate and clearly communicate a strategy for your product domainsExperience engaging with customers to validate product ideas (including usability research and idea validation)Ability to work with go to market teams to help formulate the value proposition and positioningAbility to process and translate customer needs into technical scope and work closely with technical stakeholdersExperience working with development teams in an agile development environmentExperience with demonstrating and explaining complex products to stakeholders to ensure they understand key features and benefitsDemonstrated ability to multi-

task, establish priorities and self-motivateProven ability to build and maintain strong, productive working relationships with internal stakeholders and external customersStrong understanding of needs of bookkeepers and accountantsThis is role is a permanent full-

time role. The role also involves working with partners in different time zones, so flexibility on working times and working from home is also available.
