The Software Development Technical Lead will work alongside the Software Development Team Leader, providing solution designs across bespoke web and mobile development projects and SaaS product development, within the context of an Agile software development setting.
What would I be doing?
The Software Development Technical Lead will act as a lead and mentor within the development team, reviewing team members' code to ensure a good level of consistency and quality across solutions.
They will be the champion of new technologies, delivering high quality software that meets or exceeds client expectations.
Working across bespoke web and mobile development projects and SaaS product development, the technical lead will have at least a 50% component of hands on development, while also focused on solution design, reviewing source code, training junior developers on good practice and solution design, and helping Zeevo develop their IT delivery infrastructure (servers, networks, Cloud and operating systems).
This is a broad and challenging role requiring a responsive and positive approach to Zeevo clients and their changing requirements.
Reporting to the Software Development Team Leader, the Technical Lead will be improvement oriented, retaining a very strong focus on external customers, helping to ensure projects are delivered on time, every time, with an experience that delights’.
