You will be a motivated, capable and experienced HR Advisor with broad HR experience looking for a role with heaps of variety, responsibility and challenge.
In this role you'll be reporting to the Regional HR Manager, and part of a Regional team based in Hamilton overseeing 14 geographically spread stores.
Your focus will be to ensure that Managers are equipped with the right advice and tools to make decisions on day-to-day people matters.
This is a true generalist opportunity, so you will need to have broad HR experience and have worked directly with internal and external customers providing advice across a wide range of HR functions and employment issues.
