Shift Details :
Permanent Monday Friday on a 3 shift rotating pattern
Are you a Shift Manager / Team Leader with experience of leading, developing and motivating a production team? If so then we have a role for you!
As our Site Shift Leader you will act as a key point of contact between the shop floor and the wider business for all aspects relating to the site during out of normal office hours production.
You will coordinate with the production teams ensuring that targets are met to the highest standard of quality, on time and to budget.
You will be a decisive point of contact for root cause analysis, decision making and production control over any and all quality issues that may arise.
You will work on a rotating 3 shift pattern Monday to Friday; this will give you the exposure to the whole business and an oversight to the operations as a whole.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to use their experience to bring in new ideas, and work with other operations teams within the group.
