To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Sales Team as a Key Account Executive managing the Foodstuffs North Island account.

This role would see the right person support the North Island Foodstuffs Business Sales Manager on projects and daily requirements in order to successfully deliver the account P&L.

You will also support with driving the agenda for the field sales team and measurements of their KPI’s.

Key Accountabilities :

  • Assist Business Sales Managers (BSMs) in development and presentation of New World / Pak’nSave North Island Category Reviews, Joint Business Plans, NPD presentations including forms and documentation as required.
  • Assist BSMs with internal modelling, reporting, projects, updating of key documentation / reference sheets as required.
  • Develop effective working relationships with key Foodstuffs North Island Category Team members via attending Category Reviews, NPD reviews, Joint Business Plan meetings and supplier updates as required.
  • Manage key line of communication between Account & Field team as well as Merchandising Partners.
  • Support BSMs in Key Portfolio management tasks
  • Qualifications / Requirements

    Qualifications, Skills and Experience :

  • Tertiary qualified preferred
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in FMCG industry preferably with experience in Field Sales, Supply Chain, Category Management or Key Accounts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated strengths in presentation, negotiation and influencing.
  • Strong prioritization, time management and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Power Point and Aztec / AC Nielsen Software
