  • Embrace and contribute to change management processes.
  • About you

You have been working across projects and programmes for a while, and you love the idea of creating best practice solutions.

Your project management experience allows you to be the subject matter expert and you love teaching others and creating innovative solutions.

We are based in the Hutt, so if commuting has become a tiresome bother why not come and weave your magic in the Hutt community and make a difference to the lives of those who live here.

Skills and experience we value in this role include :

  • Demonstrated business expertise in providing project advice as well as at least 5 years' experience as a Project Manager
  • An solid understanding of current PMI or PRINCE2 project management practices
  • Experience with budgets, forecasts and financial management with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, prioritise workload and be adaptable to changing priorities.
  • What next?

If you are ready to bring your skills to our City council and work with a collegial and fun team who love to share ideas and make things happen, this is the role for you.

Working for Hutt City Council, you'll be rewarded with a career that you enjoy and can take real pride in in an environment to die for.

Bring your passion to make a difference, along with your commitment to co-create positive outcomes for the community, and we know you'll be proud to be part of our success.
