About the roleThis firm are looking for a new legal secretary to join the secretarial team. You will provide high quality administrative and secretarial support and litigation assistance within the support team and ensure a high level of service to both internal and external clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide varied PA support including diary management, travel / accommodation arrangements, client bookings and file managementPreparing word processing for authors, legal documents and drafting short letters and cover notes for bills and other documentationAssisting with monthly billings and accountsProviding efficient and varied administrative support as requiredKey Requirements4 or more years experience as a legal secretaryExperience in LitigationExperience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPointHigh level of accuracy / attention to detailExcellent time management stillsAbility to work well under pressureStrong organisational and prioritisation skillsBasic knowledge of accounting proceduresProfessional and polite verbal communication skillsRobert Walters endeavours to review all applications in a maximum of five working days.
