About this role
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a motivated and experienced administration assistant to join our friendly and supportive team in the Haematology service.
In this role you will provide vital support to a team of health professionals who are dedicated to providing excellent care for patients and family in our community.
In this role you will be providing administrative support to the service and manage referrals and appointments for Counties Manukau Health patients in accordance with the organisation guidelines.
you will be involve in a variety of administrative duties so you will need to have good organisational expertise, be able to prioritise with ease, have an eye for detail and possess accurate and timely data entry skills.
This is a part time role, working 20 hours a week Monday to Friday and based at Middlemore Hospital, hours and days of work is negotiable.

The salary range for this position is between $44,130 to $53,902 pro-rata, dependent on skills and experience.
