Following this growth we need to align our policies and practices, and provide a consistent and engaging offering for our employees.

This will require someone to review and update all our HR policies, procedures and handbooks for Paymark, Ingenico Australia and Bambora Online (another of Ingenico’s recent purchased companies).

And that’s where you come in!

What you are going to be doing.

  • Working with the HR / People team from Paymark, Ingenico and Bambora to decide on alignment, scope and focus.
  • Rewriting and creating all documentation in a way that aligns to the Ingenico group and creates an engaging employee experience.
  • Ensuring compliance of all HR policies and processes with current employment legislation and contractual requirements for each country.
  • Ensuring documentation, controls, policies and procedures support the ISO9000 certification requirements.
  • Get sign off for all of the above changes.
  • Do you qualify?

  • You’ll be able to apply your knowledge of the current employment legislative framework across New Zealand and Australia including the Fair Work Act and the National Employment Standards in NZ and Australia.
  • Previous experience in reviewing, writing and documenting HR policies and procedures that are engaging for employees.
  • Experience in documenting processes and policies and managing controls that meet ISO9001 standards.
  • Understanding of market best practice in HR policies and employee benefits
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong and engaging writing skills
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment.
