Reporting to the Executive Chef, the successful candidate, will challenge themselves to ensure smooth running of kitchen operations on a daily basis for both our hotel staff and guests.
Assisting and driving service standards to ensure the highest service delivery possible at The Square Restaurant for breakfast or dinner service.
Ability to work autonomously and make departmental decisions. Cooking for a la carte, buffet, room service and functions.
Flexible approach in adapting to guest needs. Maintain and promote high standards of hygiene in adherence to the Food Control Plan.
Ensure effective communication within the Food & Beverage department and support the junior chefs and kitchen hands.
The candidate will need to be passionate and self driven with getting the best of their ideas on the plate.
