Would you like to be part of a highly motivated team working with innovative new dairy products?We’re looking for an Innovation Manager to help us develop Pāmu’s future product portfolio.
We won the NZ Food novel category award in 2018 and are always looking to the future with new product development and innovation.
Connecting market insights and understanding trends, you’ll know how to unlock solutions for our customers and you’ll position and support Pamu to deliver a successful result.
Working in a start-up environment, you’ll use your product development experience in FMCG or B2B and you’ll be comfortable dealing with our customer’s technical teams.
Or you could be creating, from scratch, product ideas and be able to speak technical, sales and marketing lingo. Delivery and implementation is critical for our reputation and business growth.
You know how to make things happen and you have a well-developed network to draw upon to identify and avoid or overcome roadblocks.
You’ll work with internal and external stakeholders right across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement and formulation.
You’ll also be confident enough to front senior level stakeholder engagement. Interfacing with our customers, you’ll have demonstrated capability to influence others to achieve business objectives.
One minute you’ll be working off the high level strategy plan, and the next minute you’ll be creating a product formulation and helping make new products.
