You’ll find a Healtheries product in most NZ households.A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a savvy marketer to lead the Healtheries food & beverage portfolio as Senior Brand Manager.
In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans and initiatives across relevant channels to deliver brand objectives.
You will work closely with the rest of the sales and marketing team, ensuring alignment to the respective brand and trade strategies.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will also have accountability for our digital channels & lead x1 Brand Manager. Specific scope : Be a key stakeholder for delivering the portfolio growth targets, constantly diagnosing our positioning to inform relevant insights & recommendations on how we growManage all aspects of the NPD (both innovation and renovation), leading cross-functional project teams and develop launch support materialLead and manage initiatives across the full marketing mix including price analysis, consumer promotions, trade promotions, POS, ATL campaigns, consumer research etcOwn the digital strategy & execution across all Vitaco brands, collaborating with brand managers & external agenciesAnalyse and report on all marketing activity, providing insights and recommendations for future campaign optimisationAbout You : The successful candidate will have at least 7 years’ marketing experience within the FMCG environment, with a degree qualification in marketing or equivalent.
They’ll either be an experienced, absolute rockstar Brand Manager looking for a step up or a Senior Brand Manager seeking their next exciting challenge.
