    Call Centre Customer Care Consultants

    You might think you'll just be taking calls to book services or repairs, but the reality is so much more than that - ours is one of Auckland's most dynamic, interesting contact centres, where no two days are the same.

    We are recruiting now for our next intake, starting Monday 26 August, with a variety of full-time and part-time shift options available.

    Reporting to a Team Leader, you will :

  • Slot into a big, fun team of like-minded individuals
  • Be an absolute knowledge guru on all Fisher & Paykel products, current and past
  • Trouble-shoot, educate, consult and guide
  • Act as a brand ambassador in all customer interactions
  • Deliver seamless, premium customer service
  • Build rapport, collaborate with other teams, and - most importantly - have fun!
  • You'll need :

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • A positive attitude, initiative and sense of humour
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal
  • To be delivery-focused and solution-oriented
  • A passion for and curiosity about great products
  • Ability to navigate systems at a fast pace
