  • The opportunity :

    Be a part of tight-knit and sociable team, responsible for providing high-quality remote support to applications and IT infrastructure issues for the various business clients across New Zealand.

    This is a role that you will be coached and mentored and ultimately learn to progress through the ranks to senior engineering level.

    The responsibilities mainly involve providing excellent phone, email or remote assistance to all users, triaging and even troubleshooting of some hardware and software, daily system monitoring, inventory management and administrative support to the IT System Administrator.

    on IT infrastructure experience from within in the IT industry.

    What we need to see in your background :

  • This is a Level 1.5 - 2 Microsoft support role. We will not consider candidates with less than 2 years' commerical experience in this domain.
  • You'll have experience with Microsoft products such as Windows Desktop, Servers, Office 365 and / or Hyper-V, Backups / DHCP etc.
  • Excellent English communication skills, by phone and email, and a warm / engaging telephone manner.
  • Demonstrated experience with Services Desk principles and strong customer service focus.
  • Ideally you have experience or knowledge in the health industry, PowerShell / Automation and Cloud tech.
  • Availability to work late shift 1 in every 8 weeks (11am to 8pm Mon - Fri)
  • Please note that to be considered for this role you will need to be here in NZ right now , available for face-to-face interviews, and hold a valid NZ Work Visa or NZ Residency or NZ Citizenship.
