  • We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our newly established Talent Acquisition team which is part of the People and Culture group at Wellington City Council.

    The People & Culture Group work in partnership across Council to create a high performing, safe, happy and healthy workplace for all, enabling our people to deliver great services to our communities.

    Your role will be to work with a portfolio of business units to help build an inclusive and sustainable workforce through the sourcing, attraction, recruitment and on-boarding of talent, ensuring WCC has the right mix of skills and experience we need to deliver our services.

  • Provide specialist advice and guidance on sourcing and attraction strategies
