Billing Controller Full Time Auckland International Mail Centre
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Billing Controller to join the Commercial team at the International Mail Centre.
As a Billing Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring all billing processes are carried out accurately each month and invoices received are validated against the service provided before payment.
About the role
Ensure all billing activity is completed accurately and on time;
Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure all documentation is correctly received and uploaded;
Contribute to health and safety, process improvement and other projects;
Maintain a working knowledge of MAF and customs requirements to ensure correct clearance is obtained before billing.
Available to work full-time Monday to Friday 08.30 am 05.00 pm
Comfortable working with different systems and databases;
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
A good understanding of NZ Post products would be a bonus;
