The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Branch Manager to lead Aon’s Rotorua branch. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with key stakeholders across a portfolio of clients and internal and external stakeholders.
This is a leadership role managing an experienced team of six and reporting into our Regional Manager. If you consider yourself a passionate about sales, self- motivated and would like to progress into a management position, then this is an opportunity not to be missed!
Responsibilities for this role include :
Accountability for growth, retention and financial targets of the branch
Effective client account planning
Building and maintaining key strategic client and insurer relationships
Providing a consultative approach around technical, managerial, product and educational support
Identifying and driving new business activity for the branch
Strategic planning to ensure continued success
Effectively managing and building on the success of the Rotorua branch
To be successful in this role you should display :
Proven experience in a similar role where you have led a team
Insurance experience would be ideal but not essential
Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and build strategic relationships
Excellent negotiation skills
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work collaboratively and assist others
Good organisation, planning, and a can-do attitude
