The Policy Implementation and Delivery (PID) rōpū has a stewardship role in enabling environmental policy intention into positive reality.
PID leads the planning and management of policy implementation, bringing together integrated partnerships iwi / Māori, partner agencies, local government, councils, industry and the scientific community to achieve collaborative, transformational delivery of environmental reforms.

We are looking for a highly organised Programme Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting teams within the newly established Implementation Partnerships directorate.
There are significant changes in freshwater, resource management, indigenous biodiversity, and climate change at various stages in the pipeline which all need implementation at place in partnership with Iwi and hapū and Regional Councils to be successful.
You will bring your professional, efficient, and effective programme coordination and administrative support services to the Programme Manager / Director and governance forums.
Your role will be vital in providing essential logistics and quality support services including the preparation and maintenance of key project and programme documentation, tracking expenditure and invoicing, maintaining risks and issues registers, reporting, arranging travel, coordination of stakeholder collaboration (governance, hui) and supporting annual business planning.
You will be a pro-active member of our programme teams, enabling others and helping to ensure that everything runs smoothly so that project teams are able to deliver.

Salary Range
Salary range for this role is from $63,231 up to $77,282 pa. Appointment within this range will be based on skills and experience.
