Corporate Integrity & Assurance (CI&A) group is responsible for Inland Revenue's governance mechanisms which provide assurance that we are doing the right things in the right way to deliver on outcomes that align to our strategic direction, mission, vision and culture.
CI&A's Corporate Risk & Assurance Group Manager requires a Personal Assistant to take on a pivotal role of delivering highly professional and effective executive and administrative support.
As the Personal Assistant, a large part of your role will include pro-actively managing the Group Manager's diary and prioritising emails, pinpointing areas for attention, as well as organising and coordinating meetings, events and travel arrangements.
You will also support and be a part of the wider leadership team, providing administrative support and back-up as needed.
Your ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities will also be put to good use. Your natural curiosity will make sure that you gain a clear understanding of the business and remain one step ahead.
Excellent communications skills, organisational and time management skills are a must.
Your excellent relationship management skills will be demonstrated through your ability to build and maintain working relationships with a wide range of people.
As you will be dealing with sensitive documents, discussions and meetings, you will understand the need for confidentiality and display a high level of integrity.
