used.As Project Manager within the Auckland based infrastructure division, you will provide management of specific projects, deliver on project requirements whilst optimizing resource use.
In this role you’ll deliver projects to clients satisfaction, on time and within budget, whilst enhancing stakeholder relationships and developing a strong, motivated team.
What you will bring : Project management experience and a suitable level of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a contracting organisationA proven track record in identifying, researching and developing marketplace opportunitiesProven experience in developing a culture that supports SQE management and encouraging / rewarding excellenceLeadership behaviours that empower othersFlexibility to be mobile as working on projects outside your home base will be required from time to timeA tertiary qualification or equivalent in civil engineering or related fieldA minimum of 10 years’ experience managing staff is desirableProven management experience with responsibility and accountability for staff, plant and ROI.
