Te āhuatunga a te tūranga About the role
We have two (2) six-month fixed term, full time roles within our organisation to provide high level administrative support to work alongside the rates team, supporting the critical functions to provide efficient and effective rates administration and customer services for Toi Moana Bay of Plenty Regional Council.
Reporting to the Rates Team Leader, you will provide excellent administrative and customer service to both our internal and external customers, helping to establish an efficient and customer-centric rates collection function.

We are seeking experienced administrators who can juggle many competing priorities at once and take it all in their stride.
Time management and having an organised approach to work will be second nature to you. You will be a clear communicator, have great attention to detail and be a quick learner. You will also have :
NCEA level 3 or equivalent

Our preference is for these positions to be located in Tauranga , although we also have offices in Whakatāne and Rotorua so the location could be flexible for the right candidate.
