You will have culinary flair as well as a motivating leadership style to support your enthusiastic team of Chefs. You will have boundless energy, with the ability to develop your menu ahead of market trends.
As with any business it needs to produce financial benefit so you will need to have the ability to control labour costs and train your team to be the most efficient they can be.
Aside from telling us about your great service ethos, fantastic team building management style and ability to identify and manage operational financial levers we would ideally like to hear about your management style and how you will strive to engage and empower your team of talented Chefs to higher levels.
You will have :
A modern approach and flair for menu planning and design;
A confident and creative cooking style with a strong emphasis on quality and presentation;
Experience in catering for Conferences & Events;
The ability to deliver consistent, high quality food whilst maintaining food costs;
A strong understanding of rostering and costings;
A flexible approach in adapting to guest requests;
The ability to lead & develop a motivated cohesive brigade;
Strong time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
