Reporting to the General Manager you will lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to deliver key business objectives.
This will include delivering sales plans and identifying areas of growth, while driving customer engagement and retention through your team.
In addition, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and activate new sales opportunities via social media, e commerce, product campaigns and call center activities across various global B2C channels.
Your Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role you will have a proven track record in sales and marketing leadership, have strong analytical skills, be commercially savvy and understand how to position premium brands in international consumer markets.
Being a talented communicator and leader, you will have the ability to effectively manage relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, be creative in your approach to problem solving and results driven.
