    We are responsible for medical services at two main sites, Auckland City Hospital and Greenlane Clinical Centre and for the delivery of health care and health promotion in partnership with a range of agencies across the many communities of Auckland.

    Patient Administration Service (PAS) provides support to the clinical directorates by managing clinic receptions, processing referrals, making around 850,000 outpatient appointments and over 300,000 surgical bookings per year.

    The Patient Admin Co-ordinator is pivotal to the smooth running of the clinics and theatre admissions for our planned patients.

    We currently have various full and part time vacancies based across the two key sites, Auckland City Hospital and Greenlane Clinical Centre with the core hours being flexible between 8.

    30 and 6pm. There is a free shuttle service that operates between these two sites.

    We are looking for people who can demonstrate the following skills and experience :

  • A strong desire to provide our patients with the best quality experience of our services
  • Able to empathise and work compassionately with people from various cultures
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken with a good command of the English language
  • Sound computer skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • A first rate work ethic and the ability to build strong relationships within a multidisciplinary team
  • Common-sense and ability to problem solve

    In return for your commitment, we will aim to provide you with all the appropriate support and training for your role and a competitive salary that ranges between $48,178 and $54,766 depending on previous relevant work experience.
