They devise the execution plans to implement the growth strategy and achieve company sales targets (financial, brand presence and long-term sales drivers).

They must manage the channel delivery against this plan by recruiting, developing and coaching a best in class key account team.

MANAGING KEY ACCOUNT P&LBuild an annual business plan (for each customer) to deliver profitable growth via effective and optimal use of available investments.

Deliver the monthly business plan financial sales volume in serving units across all key accounts.TRADE SPEND MANAGEMENT AND FORECAST PROCESSESEnsure compliance to the trade spend management process.

Use strong planning skills to deliver a robust rolling forecast.Communicate with key stakeholders regarding any change in plans.

EFFECTIVE CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENTManage the customers that this role is directly responsible for.Manage the indirect customers when the KAMs go on leave.

Regular engagement with the senior management of the key accounts.Develop and execute National Account Plans, through achieving Red Bull success measures of availability, visibility and communicationEXECUTION OF PROMOTIONAL PROGRAMSDevelop and implement National Promotional Programs with key accounts.

Be responsible for the financial claims and all financial impacts in relation to responsible accounts.Monthly Post promotional analysis of all major Red Bull promotions in all responsible accounts to provide recommendations to maximize sales effectiveness and ROI.

  • EXPERIENCEYour areas of knowledge and expertisethat matter most for this role : Minimum 5 years FMCG account management experiencePrevious experience in managing and leading a high-performing teamExceptional negotiation skills, with experiences in seeking win-win;
  • situationsStrong customer relationship management skillsExceptional communication and presentation skills.Strong planning and project management skills.

    Mastery of commercial finance and analyticsWell-developed knowledge of category management, marketing and finance principlesAdvanced PowerPoint and Excel.
