    An exciting for opportunity for multiple Store Manager positions has become available in within our Auckland region. To succeed in this role you must be dedicated to creating a customer service and sales culture within your store.

    This culture will then see your team exceed expectations by providing every customer the best advice for all their future adventures.

    This role is a full time position and will require availability over late night trading hours, public holidays and weekends.

    About the Role :

    To strengthen the brand by executing operational, commercial and people strategies to maximise sales and long-term profitability.

    The Store Manager is responsible for maintaining the day to day running of the store and online business. The Store Manager is also responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of their stores.

    The Store Manager will also retain overall responsibility for the operational management, inventory management, performance management, visual merchandise, compliance / loss prevention and training and development for their team. requirements.

    Key responsibilities (but not limited to) :

    Managing over all team instore including, online and stock control

    Working with the team and upholding company standards and customer service expectations

    Establish the stores sales targets and KPI

    Complete weekly reporting and analysis of the stores trade and analyse how to influence

    change the following week

    Working to and achieving store sales and KPI either directly, or indirectly by developing and

    managing the team. Ensure the store team are aware of their expectations in reaching their individual target

    Utilising sales reports to execute visual merchandising solutions that enhance the wide variety of product range as well as enhancing customers experiences and thee attractiveness of our products and overall Store
