As a solutions specialist, you will make a key contribution to the team's work, so they are seen as innovators and respected investment management regulation subject-matter experts.
This position will allow you to work closely with other teams across the FMA, especially those responsible for frontline supervision, disclosure, corporate legal, enforcement and policy.
Externally, you will engage directly with MIS managers, supervisors and industry associations.
Our ideal candidate will have significant knowledge of the laws and regulations relevant to the financial sector (FMC Act), and a keen interest in investment management, ideally across a range of asset class types and jurisdictions.
