We have a new approach to Learning and Development at Corrections! As a result, we have established new Regional Development Teams which will be focused on supporting, coaching and advising senior regional management teams on the capability of their workforce and the strategic development of that capability.
There are four Regions, with each teams being headed by a Development Partner and consisting of Development Advisers (this role) and a Learning and Development Coordinator.
As a Development Adviser, you will partner with regional frontline managers to build the capability of their team. You will also provide advice and guidance on the learning and development tools and solutions available, provide assessment of current capability levels and training needs and ensure that key processes, such as on boarding new staff, are properly supported and managed at each site.

As Development Adviser, you won't be responsible for the design, development and delivery of Learning and Development programmes.
The salary range (85% - 120%) for this role is $65,108 to $91,918 with $76,598 at 100% of the range. Appointment will be based on skills and experience relevant to the role.
