Reporting to the National HSEQ Manager the role will involve primarily managing health and safety, and quality & environmental compliance across multiple sites.

  • This includes implementing practices and programs to drive an exemplary health and safety culture across the organisation;
  • supporting and assisting key operations to deliver better outcomes as well as achieving our quality and environmental goals.

    It goes without saying that this is a role with challenge and variety and with scope for you to make your mark, building a strong health and safety culture and driving continuous improvement.

    What you need :

  • Hold a relevant tertiary qualification in HSEQ
  • Be self-motivated, outcomes-focused and have a passion for and an in-depth understanding of Health, Safety and Occupational Health issues and strategies
  • Demonstrate the capability to work with and influence Senior Leadership and Managers
  • Have the ability to build robust and productive working relationships
  • Have been successful in supporting organisational culture change
  • Have proven auditing experience
  • Have had significant experience in safety-critical operations, experience in industrial services or a related sector (preferable)
  • Travel is a requirement of the position as is a high level of competence and confidence in the use of computer applications.
