As a Service Manager you will play a key leadership role in an integrated service response; leading from the front and encouraging service excellence.

Our five principles of Kotahitanga, Manāakitanga, Whakanui, Whakawhanaungatanga and Hononga, will guide you and your team towards success.

You will lead a team responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients. Our environment is fast paced and requires a highly driven, focused and flexible leader to manage this busy workload.

  • You will be a key member of the team and work with us to lead and inspire high performance and exceptional service.In this key role, you will;
  • provide effective leadership that enables the team to deliver meaningful outcomes for clientsbe responsible and accountable for team performanceprovide guidance, support and coaching to develop the leadership capability in your teamsbuild meaningful connections with other MSD teams that helps towards delivering an integrated servicebe committed to continuous improvement - always connecting back to our purpose, Hononga, and looking for better ways of delivering our services.

    You will also be involved in;performance management and providing individualised coachingassisting in the completion of regular assessments including monitoring and reporting on performancerecruitment and training of new employeesadvancing the professional development of the teamsupporting wider MSD initiatives.

    You can demonstrate;an influential and effective leadership stylesound judgement and problem-solving skillsstrong communication skills with an empathetic approachRemuneration for this role is from $78,027.

    00 to $117,041.00 (MSS03) per annum. Application along this salary scale is dependent on relevant work experience and evidenced skills.
