About The Kilbirnie Family Store
We are looking for a passionate Family Store Team Leader to join our busy team at the Kilbirnie Family Store.
This store is a great size, large enough to have some items of furniture, as well as clothing and household items of every description.
We are located in a hub of charity stores, lots of competition and the perfect opportunity to be top of mind for the discerning shoppers of Kilbirnie.
Purpose of the Position :
The Family Store Team Leader will provide vital support and assistance as part of the Senior Leadership Team implementing strategic direction and operations, leading the performance of the Family Store to meet agreed financial and operational targets.
As such, the Team Leader will work closely in a supportive role alongside the Family Store Area Manager assisting with all aspects of their work.
They will operate applying sound judgement and supporting operational excellence.
The Family Store Team Leader will assist in the management of day-to-day business tasks and functions. They will also ensure sales and cash transactions are processed in accordance with policy, ensure a high level of customer service and service delivery, ensure quality product is provided to customers and assist to develop, maintain and promote positive working relationships.

This is a permanent position for 37.5 hours per week. Days and hours are Tuesday Friday 8 : 45 am-5 : 15pm, Saturday 9 : 45 - 4 : 15 with a 30-minute unpaid break.
