A fantastic full time opportunity has arisen for a customer focused, empathetic, self-motivated, process driven, experienced administrator to join our friendly, supportive and hardworking multidisciplinary team of professionals.
Situated in Otahuhu, Matariki is a Community Mental Health Centre for people who reside in the Mangere, Otara and Otahuhu areas.
This is a full time Monday to Friday position.
The teams provide comprehensive and integrated mental health assessments, treatment interventions and support for both adults and children experiencing mental health and / or co-existing drug and alcohol issues.
Working within the community mental health service, this role is both varied and busy, providing administration support to all teams on site.
Previous experience in an administrative role is essential as is your ability to multi-task and work efficiently when under pressure.
You will be an excellent organiser who is self-motivated and uses initiative within your role. Your keenness and general willingness to help out and the attitude that "nothing is too much trouble' will be well received and genuinely appreciated.
This is a role that looks after the general administration of the teams including and not limited to accounts, reception duties, fleet management, file management, resource ordering, MH Act coordination, and provides some EA support to the team managers from time to time.
To succeed in this role, your computer skills will be top notch and you will have mastered the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Power Point.
An understanding of IPMS, HCC and Oracle Procurement will be a definite advantage and allow you to hit the ground running.
As you will be working within the unique and growing multicultural population of Counties Manukau, proficiency in a second language would be an advantage.

The salary range for this position is between $54,178 to $64,062, dependent on skills and experience.
