He kōrero mō te tūranga The role
This permanent, full-time role is responsible for performing general cleaning and minor maintenance duties at a range of emergency housing properties.
This role is a combination of maintenance support with an emphasis on cleaning and keeping the site clean and tidy.
You will work closely with our Tenancy Managers, checking on vacated rooms, getting them cleaned and reset for the next client, keeping the site and shared kitchen areas clean.
You will be reporting back to the Tenancy Manager any maintenance or repairs that need to be completed and assisting where needed including room inspections.

Your excellent planning, time management skills and eye for detail, combined with the ability and flexibility to meet deadlines, are skills you will need for this role.
If you have a basic understanding and knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986, and are looking to learn and develop, we would like to hear from you.
