Auckland City, AucklandThe Employer is looking for a student with study background in law or business who also has a good understanding of property law .

The employer had some work done on their bathroom, however, the outcome of this work is sub-standard, doesn't meet the building standard and has damaged their bathroom.

This role will include : Collating information with the employer.Taking photos.Formatting information.Writing a report on the events that happened.

Writing letters.The employer is ideally looking for someone who can come along to the disputes tribunal to help them. This student WILL NOT be speaking on behalf but rather providing support for the employer and helping them with what to say and do next.

For this role you must be comfortable with the situation and confident in your knowledge of property law. As well as this, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as being trustworthy and reliable.

The initially written and information collection work will take place in Auckland CBD and then potentially more work at the disputes tribunal.

This work will take a minimum of 8 hours and you will be paid $25 an hour for your time. The employer is looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
