We are seeking a Service Desk Manager at our Albany based Support Centre that will see you taking on responsibility for the primary support relationship between an IT service department and its customers.
This role leads the IT Service Desk as the single point of contact for our internal customers to identify and resolve incidents, fulfill requests and communicate clearly with stores on any IT issues or updates.
Due to the nature of the role a strong knowledge of Service Desk and IT Operation management technologies is needed to identify and implement new service channels for the enhancement of the IT Operation functions through automation, artificial intelligence and digital omni-channel engagement.
