Title : Field Service Technician - 72050

Primary Location : Neuseeland (NZ) - Bay of Plenty - Rotorua

Your job :

  • Carry out repairs and maintenance on all Waratah products in the field or at our workshop
  • Investigate, diagnose and resolve mechanical issues and electrical or hydraulic faults
  • Provide customers with service support and technical information
  • Work with others on projects that pave the way for future products
  • Based out of our Rotorua Distribution Center, flexibility is essential as you’ll be required to travel extensively and some after hours and weekend work is expected
  • Working with our factory engineering teams from Finland and Tokoroa on development projects, paving the way for our future products
  • Your skills :

    To be successful in this role you’ll need to :

  • Demonstrate a strong safety culture.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to quickly build effective relationships
  • Be self-driven and happy working out on your own, but also work well as part of our small professional close-knit team
  • A good understanding and knowledge of computer, automation and hydraulic systems would be valuable though not essential
  • Have a mechanical aptitude and ability to learn
  • Training courses and advanced qualification opportunities will be made available
