About the opportunity

As our new Business Support Lead, you’ll play a key part in being the face of our Edendale site supporting our Senior Leadership team for the Southern Operations region.

Core responsibilities include :

  • Act as a conduit between the SO manager and all stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure seamless operation and stakeholder management / co-ordination and communication at all times
  • Drive efficiencies across the support model and manage the Edendale office, ensuring consistent excellence in executive assistance and administrative support, including co-ordination of facilities management
  • Provide guidance, coaching and mentoring to the regional administrative support team to ensure co-operative spirit, professionalism and efficiency are maximised consistently across the region
  • Organise and co-ordinate meetings, events and domestic travel schedules, and associated administrative tasks
  • Be the point of contact and coordinator of community initiatives and sponsorship at a local and national level.

    You’ll have a proven background in a relevant business support role with a drive for quality and an eye for detail.

    With a natural ability to influence diverse groups of stakeholders, you will build and strengthen key relationships across the business.

    You will also bring to this role :

  • Strong initiative, organisation skills and experience with business improvement
  • Advanced Level use of Systems Microsoft Office, Sharepoint and Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Office management, event management, customer service and administration support experience is desirable.
