Executive AssistantGMP Dairy Limited is one of New Zealand's largest pharmaceutical grade dairy products manufacturer based in East Tamaki, Auckland.

This will include supporting the General Manager with reporting, follow up Manager's plans, proposals, preparation of monthly Management / Board reports, event management, and many other key tasks that keep our senior team functioning at full speed.

    About youA strong communicator and capable senior Administrator or EA, you'll work best in an environment where you work in partnership with our General Manager and other key stakeholders.

    You'll be : a confident and advanced user of the MS Office suite, particularly Excelexperienced in providing support to multiple people in a busy environmentIT savvy, a capable trouble-

    shooterhighly organised and proactive, able to show strong initiativecomfortable preparing management / board reportsa down to earth individual with a common sense, solutions focused approachkeen to actively participate in our social committee, as well as external networkingYou'll be motivated to add value and help continue to drive the business forward.

    Requirements : Ideally you will have 2-3 years’ experience in a similar PA / Support roleProven ability to manage competing priorities and navigating ambiguity.
