Cater Plus have an opportunity for a leader in contract catering who is ready to use their skills and creative know how to help Cater Plus stamp our mark in the Auckland area.
Here you will have the responsibility to drive day to day operations while working in partnership with the General Manager of Operations (Auckland) to implement development strategies and foster an engaged workforce.
You will actively promote Cater Plus and seek out new business opportunities. This is a multifaceted role which requires someone who can think on their feet, be adaptive and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
We need someone who is commercial, financially savvy, and customer focused with strong stakeholder management. Experience in the catering industry is essential as you will need the ability to develop your team, identify opportunities, effectively plan your time, and organise in partnership with others.
You will need to align Operations Support and Site Managers to the company's high standards of service delivery and performance.
